The Planner’s Playbook

By accessing or using The Planner’s Playbook website, courses, or community platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Services Provided

The Planner’s Playbook provides paid online courses, training materials, and community features related to workforce planning and professional development.
Access to certain content or areas may require payment.

3. Payments and Refunds

All fees must be paid before access is granted to paid materials.
No refunds are provided unless explicitly promised in writing by The Planner’s Playbook.
Once access is granted to a paid course or membership, all sales are considered final.

4. User Accounts

Users must create an account with accurate personal information including name, email address, and phone number.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Sharing login information or using the platform for unauthorized purposes is prohibited.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All materials including videos, guides, and resources are owned by The Planner’s Playbook and its partners.
You may not copy, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
User-uploaded materials (such as profile pictures or posts) remain your property, but you grant us permission to display them within the platform.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
Any misuse of the service may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Planner’s Playbook provides educational content for informational purposes only.
We make no guarantees of business outcomes or results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Planner’s Playbook, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for any direct or indirect damages related to use of the platform.

8. Privacy and Data

We process and store user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to that data processing.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark and Canada.
Disputes will be handled under Danish law for EU users and under Canadian law for users residing in Canada.
